Do you belong here?
Three things decide whether a person keeps going. Their body in it, a goal they can count, and people who know about it.
What you are working toward is yours to define, and nobody here measures your success against theirs. The club has one job, and it is to make sure all three are present. It refuses to let any of them be optional.
- Your body in it
Not movement. Work that costs you something, done to a standard you did not set for yourself.
A gym sells you the room and never asks whether you went.
- A goal you can count
Yours to choose, and it is allowed to change. Countable work you control, never an outcome you can only hope for.
A coach holds you to it for as long as you keep paying.
- People who know about it
Not an audience. People close enough to ask how it went, who were there when it was hard.
A group chat does this for about three weeks.
Every one of these is recommended somewhere. This is the only place all three are required.
Why the usual thing does not hold
A goal nobody knows about is one you can negotiate away. You win that argument every time, because you are the only one keeping score.
Then comes the thing that is supposed to fix it. An app. A coach. A new year. A gym contract with eleven months left to run. Someone who agreed to hold you to it and gave up before you did. Not one of them puts a person in the room, and not one of them costs you anything you would miss.
Here all three are built into the way in. You do not opt into them one at a time and you cannot quietly let one go. Nothing is self-reported. The only way through the door is a person who was standing next to you while you earned it.

How to get in
You do the Murph with a member of the club: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run. In person, the whole thing, with them there.
That member then invites you. One invitation, written for you, carrying your name, the date, the time you ran, and their word that you belong here.
You take a position, which is a permanent number in your country's register, and your name goes on the board.
There is no other way in. If you do not know a member yet, there is nothing on this page for you to click. That is the honest state of it, and a button would only pretend otherwise.
The club is starting. Whoever comes in now decides who comes in after them, because every member is somebody's way through the door.
Each country's register issues its numbers in order, and no number is ever reissued. Everyone who claims after you in your country gets a higher number than yours.
